It is located just minutes from the
Palisades Center and is easily accessed
from most towns in Rockland, Bergen,
and Westchester counties.

If traveling on the New York State
Thruway (I-87), get off at Exit 12 and
follow the signs toward RT-303 / Palisades
Center Drive, turn right onto RT-303 South
and then proceed 2.7 miles. After passing
a Dunkin' Donuts on your right-hand side,
the office will be the fourth building on the
right where it says Ramsay Realty.
If traveling on the Palisades Parkway,
get off at Exit 5N which will lead you onto
Route 303 North. Once on Route 303,
proceed a total of 1.8 miles if you had
been traveling south on the Palisades
Parkway or 1.6 miles if you had been
traveling north on the Palisades Parkway.
While on Route 303, you will pass the
following on your left-hand side: Lowe's
Home Improvement, Fiesta Mexico
Restaurant, and the Town Plaza II
Shopping Center in Orangeburg. You will
soon enter Blauvelt where you will see on
your left the Orangetown Animal Hospital
and shortly after signs for Ramsay Realty
which is where the office is located.
